Post Construction
- Arrive with a crew of 5-7 people
- Example: 5,000 sq foot home will typically take 1.5 days
- All larger debris is swept and removed first
- Heavy mopping and vacuuming with commercial cleaning supplies
- Starting from high places to dust and clean walls, ledges, sills, etc.
- Clean and shine all metal and chrome fixtures
- All rooms and closets wiped and cleaned
- Kitchen appliances wiped and cleaned
- Day-2 because dust will settle and collect again, we come back to wipe everything down again
Move-in / Move out
- Entire home is cleaned from fixtures to shining floors
- Cleaning inside refrigerator and oven is extra
AirBNB/VRBO/Rentals
- Same job as a typical house cleaning with a schedule that allows us to come the day before the next renter
- Trash and other debris are collected and put in the trash
- Often times guests leave food in the refrigerator, so all food will be removed or saved as the owner wishes; refrigerator wiped down inside and out
Office Cleaning
- Cleaning instructions and protocols are determined upon signing an agreement
- All debris and trash is collected and discarded in appropriate bins
- Desks, computers wiped down fixtures shined
- Floors swept and/or vacuumed
- Nothing is moved unless authorized prior
- All doors closed and locked as agreed
